We are fundraising for MND NSW

We will be taking up the challenge of MND NSW's Walk to d’Feet Motor Neurone Disease and we would love your support! 

Our dad was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in December last year. There is little that can be done to slow the progression of MND because so little is known about it. There are only about 2100 cases in Australia at the moment and 400 new cases are diagnosed each year. Some doctors will never see a case in their whole career. It is truly a horrific disease.

We are planning a 5km walk to raise money for MND NSW. 

WHEN? Sunday 10th April, Meet from 9am for a 9:30am start.

WHERE?-We will start and finish at Surf Reserve, North Curl Curl.  Meet on the grass next to the playground on the corner of Huston Pde and Surf Rd, North Curl Curl. (This is the road that leads up to North Curl Curl Surf Club) Paid parking available in the surf club car park (free for Northern Beaches permit holders) or plenty of free street side parking around Surf Reserve. 

Our route will take us south to Mckillop Park lookout (half way point) where we will turn around and head back)

All welcome to stay afterwards for a picnic. (BYO food and drinks)

All money raised will go to MND NSW for research so that hopefully one day, a cure can be found for this hideous terminal disease.
